The MOD40 is one of our smaller yet beautifully designed structures, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. It features two bedrooms, a spacious dining and family room combination, and an inviting alfresco veranda for outdoor relaxation.
An optional lower-level room is also available – ideal for use as an additional bedroom, a secure strong room, or a practical laundry area.
The MOD100 is a stylish 100m² modular home that blends comfort, practicality, and modern design. With four bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, it’s perfect for families who value space and simplicity.
Relax on the front deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Built on a strong steel frame, the MOD100 also allows for an optional room below – great for a laundry, storage, or guest space.
